What does ‘100% Solids’ mean?
An epoxy that is labeled ‘100% solid,’ it refers to the percentage of the solids that are contained in the coating. The epoxy is not diluted by any solvent base or water. It is actually 100% solids. It is one thing that makes epoxy very durable. Although there is some shrinkage that is associated with products with a water base, with epoxy there is not this issue. In terms of both adhesion and resilience, epoxy is unbeatable.
What benefits are associated with apply epoxy?
When the two components contained in epoxy are mixed together, you end up with a 100% solids floor sealer. It is much more resilient compared to other types of sealants and solvents that are available in the market. It is very sturdy, resistant to chemicals, and easy to maintain.
